TMS America, an employment agency is seeking a Development and Construction representative for a client in Brea, CA. This position is direct-hire and full-time.

Location: Brea, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm

$20-23/h

Job duties include:

• • Support with obtaining real estate information from prospective sites with floor plans,
• occupancy, growth projections and sales strategies
• • Support with developing and coordinating with other corporate and store staff the timely preparation of financial statements and vendor payments
• • Schedules meetings, appointments, business trips
• • Acts as liaison between vendors, executive management and other managing partners to facilitate information flow and drive increased efficiencies

Education and/or Experience

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required; store development or general construction management experience can be applied in lieu of degree. 3-5 years of working in a general construction or store development environment desired, preferably in the retail or hospitality industries.
• Japanese bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
