Responsibilities

As a Construction Sales Rep for J&B West, you will run pre-set, quality appointments and demonstrate our unique, all-inclusive product offerings that captures the attention of the buyer and comes with an industry leading warranty.

• Complete an in-home, interactive sales presentation to prospective and existing clients
• Determine measurements and size of the roof or exterior product, for pricing purposes
• Present price and payment to the customer and negotiate project contracts
• Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings
• Maintain company metrics for closing rate and profitability

Qualifications to be a J&B West Construction Sales Representative

• Ability to generate a sales pipeline of leads when lead flow is light
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturday appointments
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and motivated to earn money!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
