Construction Sales Representative

• Focus on developing new avenues of revenue, including; selling commercial & residential metal roofing (new & re-roofing), timer frame construction, and light commercial buildings
• Monitor the project installations and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with the field crew regarding customer preferences & requests
• Provide superior customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns
• Prepare & present proposals and estimates
• Represent the company at events, organizations, and associations to build new relationships
• Travel within a 3-hour radius to job sites & customer locations
• Monday-Friday Work Schedule, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm – flexible hours & hybrid remote/in-office position

With over 50 years of combined construction experience, Level Edge Construction provides structures for local government and the private sector in Lancaster, PA & surrounding regions. We specialize in Timber & Post Frame buildings and are committed to providing an excellent customer experience and delivering superior work. We are looking for a Sales Representative to increase our sales in residential exterior remodeling and light commercial projects. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction sales and/or project management.

Our Ideal Sales Representative:

• Experienced: 2-3 years of sales experience or someone with project management knowledge in construction, owned their own construction business, or has a strong background in customer service or inside sales.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and Google Workplace.
• Self-starter: Committed to taking responsibility & ownership for your work; ambitious & hardworking, a go-getter willing to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Enjoys connecting with people and communicates clearly. Can give a compelling sales presentation.
• Profit-Driven: Seeks ways to cut costs, improve efficiency, and increase margins; a creative problem-solver.
• Team Player: Interacts well with teammates & customers, cares about the quality of work and demonstrates humility & a willingness to learn.
• Attention to Detail: Has a keen eye for detailed requirements when preparing estimates & proposals. Produces excellent work.
• Active: Capable of visiting job sites within a 3-hour radius of Strasburg.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid PA driver's license and reasonably clean driving record.
