Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a small team of installers to execute various commercial glass installation projects, including the installation of commercial windows and doors. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand and power tools to build and install various commercial glass components. If you have at least 4-years experience in commercial glass installations, and possess strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Install and assemble commercial glass doors, windows, glass panels, and other construction materials
- Perform carpentry work as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations accurately
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute installation projects
- Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to determine project requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the installation process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction glass installation, door hanging, and carpentry
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for building and installation purposes
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and ability to read blueprints
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lead a team of installers and work well in a team environment
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working at heights if required
