Lead Construction Representative schedules all site inspections and reviews inspection reports to ensure adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities also include assisting field inspectors with various problems, approving expenses and overtime claims, and preparing summary reports. Being a Lead Construction Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lead Construction Representative typically requires 10+ years of related experience. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. We are looking for a capable and skilled individual to join our team as a Vinyl Siding Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive previous experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial vinyl siding as well as experience leading a crew.
Responsibilities:- Follow instructions from supervisor regarding installation of materials.
- Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
- Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to Head of Field Operations.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise as needed.
- Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Lead a vinyl siding crew with an awareness of the work environment to produce error free and damage free results.
Qualifications:- Siding installation experience required
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Available for overtime as needed
- Physical demands include ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, often times more. Working from ladders or tight spaces. Ability to work outside in all environmental conditions.
