Lean Manufacturing Manager leads and designs Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization. Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Being a Lean Manufacturing Manager employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Manager also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Factory operates Mon thru Thur with Fri overtime, and on occasion, but not desired, Sat
Work schedules are 10 hours per day with staggered starts beginning at 4:00am
