Lean Manufacturing Manager leads and designs Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization. Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Being a Lean Manufacturing Manager employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Manager also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lean Manufacturing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Role
The Maintenance Manager position is an extremely important role in MAPEI's manufacturing facilities. The aim of our Maintenance Team is to keep an efficient and safe manufacturing process. The maintenance team is involved in routine maintenance procedures as well as helping to troubleshoot complex issues should they arise with equipment in the manufacturing process and the facility. The Maintenance Manager will drive all facets of the function.
Schedule is Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm) (Overtime and Weekends as required)
