The Manager of LEAN Process and Clinical Excellence will be part of a locally based and locally-managed non-profit healthcare organization that is known for providing the community with quality services for the past 60 year. The financially stable hospital is a center of excellence for perinatal and cardiac services.

This Continuous Improvement LEAN Program Manager will be accountable to manage, collaborate and coordinate organization wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) programs are developed and managed using a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. The Manager of LEAN Continuous Improvement will act as the organizational leader of business process improvement through Performance Excellence deployment for the hospital.

The Process and Clinical Effectiveness LEAN Manager is a key role in the implementation of Performance Excellence at the system level including Lean/Six Sigma training, project selection, project leadership, and guidance of key team members. The Manager of LEAN Performance and Clinical Improvement will be the Change Agent responsible for leading the organization into a patient focused, data driven, team-oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement within a Lean/Six Sigma environment, and ensures the implementation of such in all business functions across the organization. This includes the management of personnel, budgetary and other resources.

The Clinical and Performance Effectiveness LEAN Manager will function as an internal consultant to administration, directors/managers, medical staff and staff on quality improvement principles. The Clinical Effectiveness and LEAN Improvement Manager will assure that organization wide quality initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness to promote quality patient care.
