Lean Manufacturing Manager leads and designs Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization. Manages all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Being a Lean Manufacturing Manager employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. The Facilities Manager must ensure all maintenance, construction and repairs are completed on-time, within budget, without disruption to business operations and in a safe manner. Incumbent will anticipate, execute as well as coordinate tasks and projects for the Davis Factory. This position is expected to be a self-sufficient and self-directed individual, monitoring all systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, waste management, etc.), acting as needed to properly maintain all property and equipment to perform as intended and remain in compliance, utilizing additional resources and implementing policies and procedures as necessary. Responsibilities include both managerial and hands-on activities.
