Position Summary

Position Summary:
Accountable for an operation within a division to achieve results identified by the Corporation's Win Strategy and Division Strategy Deployment
goals. Leads a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations.

Provides leadership for manufacturing operations. Coordinates cross-functional activities that may include any or all of the following: Sales &
Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Direct Reports may include plant managers and division manufacturing engineering
managers.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains premier customer service.
• Leads strategy deployment for the operation concentrating on lean initiatives and sales growth.

• Accountable for driving lean initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully

• Accountable for capital investments for plant and equipment.
• Develops & maintains capacity analysis and provides recommendations on staffing and equipment

• Responsible for identifying, justifying and recommending leading edge technology for the

• Maintains familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility.
• Represents the operation at the division level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in Manufacturing, Design Engineering or Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving /

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively and persuasively present

• Practical experience in implementing lean technologies and practices.
• Excellent problem solving skills. Six Sigma preferred.
