About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and proactive Operations Manager who can thrive in our fast-paced and growing business. As an integral part of our team, you'll be just one layer away from ownership, ensuring your voice is heard and your decisions have a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Mastery: Oversee supply chain management, including vendor selection and forecasting. You will manage processes that typically span 1 to 8 weeks, requiring a deep understanding of sales trends and data to predict optimal production runs.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Sales and Business Management teams to oversee the P&L for your division.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans for budget control, labor and material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, customer service responsiveness, and sales proposal accuracy.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to company standards in cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Budget and Performance: Participate with senior management in annual budget planning and quarterly re-forecasting. Manage policy deployment in key areas such as quality, cost reduction, delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, and effective employee utilization.
• Operational Excellence: Review operational reports and financial statements to gauge progress, adjust objectives, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage manufacturing operations effectively.
• Strong capability to work effectively in a team-oriented and service-focused environment.
