• Disciplinary actions as needed.
• Document and develop plans to remedy any employee problems, concerns or needs.
• RMA monitoring and approvals
• Freight Claim Management
• CIP Efficiency improvements
• Service Company Management
• Expense control
• Metric and Trend Reviews
• Management reports Monthly and as requested.
• Open Order Monitoring
• Possible offsite mtgs or Customer Visits
• All other duties as requested.

Skills Required

• Valid DL
• Preferred 5 Years Managerial Experience
• Preferred 5 Years Customer Service Experience
• Preferred 2 Years Manufacturing site experience.
• Microsoft 365 Suites – BC
• Preferred SharePoint
• DocuWare
• Word/Excell

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
