Cognizant is seeking a talented Transportation & Logistics Client Relationship Manager to join its growing Manufacturing & Logistics team to lead one or more of the company’s strategic Account relationships. Client Relationship Managers play a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned account(s) including managing business development and delivery objectives top and bottom line P&L customer satisfaction and the overall Account relationship for one or more key account(s). They will lead a team of account managers and possibly other Client Relationship Managers to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards and work with architecture teams to deliver full-life cycle technical solutions.
Establishing and managing Account relationship with key decision makers
Establishing and building trust and leverage Account context by understanding Accounts overall business goals
Build lead and mentor the team
Build relationships with Accounts to improve Cognizant’s footprint in the Manufacturing Industry
Demonstrate strategic vision and depth to outgrow the competition and position Cognizant as the Director of choice for the Account’s overall account to include work quality and customer satisfaction Contribute to new business development efforts in other verticals and facilitate those offerings Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a Account P&L and growing it to at least $25M including reporting and metric assessment for the account
T&L domain knowledge and experience
Minimum 15 years’ experience in an Account facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm
