General Position Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Engineering Manager with experience in Lean & Six Sigma approaches. This role will be the key driver for implementing a process-based plan for problem solving, process improvement, on-going waste and plant efficiency improvements and employee engagement on all continuous improvement efforts.
What can you expect? Our operations need a focused individual to engage all levels with our focus on continuous improvement organization-wide. Specifically, this person will partner with operations leadership to monitor and improve waste metrics, equipment uptime, and overall plant efficiency. The person in this position will be an active part of the leadership team that has visibility over the entire company and will be the driver behind the continuous improvement and corrective initiatives focusing on our manufacturing operations across two primary locations. This is a hands-on role, interfacing with all levels of the organization, spending the majority of time directly supporting the manufacturing operations. This position has full support of the executive leadership team and exposure to the Board of Directors.
