Summary:
Customer Support plays a vital role within Customer Operations to ensure the flow of business.
In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To:- Lead all new EDI setups and testing
- Manage daily EDI support with Trading Partners, Customer Operations Team, and Warehouses.
- Monitor EDI communications with internal/external partners to insure no interruptions.
- Reconciliation of inbound and outbound documents to assure all are processed and send
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI related issues with internal/external partners to resolution.
- Maintain documentation and process flows of all EDI processes.
- Be the Company expert on all EDI issues and stay current on EDI changes and advances.
- Support Customer Operations in all New Customer or New Business Scenarios
- Maintain customer tables and other master data in SAP
- Support labeling requirements
- Manage improvement and change projects for customer operations and EDI
REQUIREMENTS
What You Need To Succeed:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including demonstrated proficiency in VLOOKUP, concatenation, pivot tables, and data validation
- SAP SD Experience Preferred
- 2 years’ experience in EDI Environment
- Familiar with standard retail EDI transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with an emphasis placed on accuracy
- Ability to adapt to change, develop and train and/or learn new processes
Education and Experience:Degree in Business or Technical field preferred
