Lean Manufacturing Specialist assists with the implementation of Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization. Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize performance and processes. Being a Lean Manufacturing Specialist employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Specialist also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lean Manufacturing Specialist typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Shifts Available:
1st Shift Standard: $17/hour - Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
2nd Shift Standard: $17.60/hour - Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm
3rd Shift Standard: $17.60/hour - Sunday – Thursday 11pm-7am
3rd Shift Continental: $17.60/hour - 6pm-6am, 2 days on 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off.
Starting Pay: $17.00/HR with perfect attendance
Currently working 6 days a week, great if you want overtime!
