    Seeking an experienced Solder for a fast growing company that offers lots of advancement potential. A minimum of 6 months hands-on experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing setting.

    The ideal candidate should be proficient in various soldering techniques, including the proper use of soldering irons and related equipment.

    This role involves interpreting and following technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions with a keen attention to detail and precision in soldering small and delicate components.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to :

    • Perform soldering tasks, specializing in intricate electronic components.
    • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure precise soldering of wires, cables, and connectors.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Inspect and troubleshoot soldered connections for defects, ensuring compliance with specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of soldering equipment and materials.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
    • Keep accurate records of soldering activities, including quantities, specifications, and any issues encountered.
    • Assist in training new personnel in soldering techniques and safety procedures.

    Skills / Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing setting.
    • Proficient in soldering techniques, including proper use of soldering irons and related equipment.
    • Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
    • Attention to detail and precision in soldering small and delicate components.
