Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. jobs in Gastonia, NC

Qualifications

• Prior experience with hand tools, nail guns, and staple guns preferred, but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Experience with framing, millwork, trim and other related construction skills highly desirable
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work in a strong safety-focused environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, details available upon interview
• Willingness to work as a team to achieve productivity goals
• Ability to work inside or outside as required
• Willingness to work either 2nd shift (2:30pm - 1:00am M-TH) required

Position Details

• 2nd Shift work hours are 2:30pm - 1:00am (M-Th)
• Pay rate for this position starts at $22.00, and increases based on experience.
