Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and develops plans to optimize performance and processes. Being a Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     IMS Supply is seeking a Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone and email, and work with other departments for other customer satisfaction issues.

    The primary responsibility of an Inside Sales Representative is the accurate and timely response to customer quote requests and product inquiries.

    Responsibilities
    • Identify which products a customer is looking for
    • Accurately searching online for the correct products
    • Sending sales quotes to customers
    • Developing relationships with recurring customers
    • Following up on quotes sent to encourage the customer to complete sales
    • Processing orders resulting from quotes sent
    Requirements

    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and Outlook in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic typing skills and computer skills
    • Experience with macOS computers is a plus but not required
    • Proficiency with internet browsing & searching is a must. (familiarity with eBay, Amazon, online shopping is a plus)
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

    This is a commission earning position, candidates will have a base pay plus commission. There will be a training wage until working on own and earning commission.
