Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. jobs in Great Falls, MT

We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician to help produce our high-demand and high-quality products for civil aircraft, uncrewed aerial systems (UAS), and defense. Attention to detail is a must to work in our FAA approved manufacturing facility.

Required Skills:

• Must have a self-starter attitude, taking initiative with each project
• Excellent motor skills and dexterity with small components
• Ability to check for defects and perform in-process inspection

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Duties require a 50/50 mix of sitting and standing

Preferred Skills:

• Soldering experience
• Experience with inspection equipment micrometers, calipers, height gauges
• Understanding of multimeters and/or oscilloscopes
• Ability to read PCB schematics
• Technical writing or process documentation
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 manufacturing

• Lifting up to 50 pounds 

Job Type: Full-time (onsite) 

Work Location: Onsite in the Columbia Falls, MT area 

Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday
