Account Receivable Specialist

Location: Greensboro, NC

Position Type: Finance

Overview: 

Camco Mfg., is a fast growing manufacturing company looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist. This person must have a minimum of five years of AR experience. Candidates must be detail oriented, have strong ability to multi-task, strong computer skills and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review current and aged accounts receivable
• Assist in collection of difficult, larger national, strategic, industrial, or other key accounts
• Provides analysis and support for collection efforts on past due accounts.
• Research delinquent accounts for payment resolution and bring up to status
• Request backup documents for deduction resolution
• Process credit memos
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes on accounts
• Process daily, weekly, monthly reports

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 5 years of Customer Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Collection experience
• 3 years in a Manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Pleasant, helpful, and courteous demeanor
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
