  • We have an amazing Quality/Inventory Specialist
    We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Inventory Specialist with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and a background in manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Oversee and maintain the accuracy of inventory records and documentation within our ERP system.
    • Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and other inventory-related issues.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory-related policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
    Skills/Requirements:

    • Previous experience in inventory management and quality control, with a focus on manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory tracking and control.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address inventory discrepancies.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.
    • Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical to maintaining real-time inventory accuracy.
    Hours: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday - Friday
