We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Inventory Specialist with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and a background in manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and maintain the accuracy of inventory records and documentation within our ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and other inventory-related issues.

- Generate reports and provide insights to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory-related policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Previous experience in inventory management and quality control, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory tracking and control.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address inventory discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical to maintaining real-time inventory accuracy.
