KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state of the art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities Responsible for Accounts Receivable function – Invoicing, statements, collections. Service Billing and Compliance. Sales tax certificate maintenance and tracking. Credit checks and setup of new customers. Provide back up for reporting production. Responsible for production process flow using ERP system for demand. Design a system to report information back from the production floor to the ERP system. Assist with cycle counting and inventory tracking. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, and revenues per value stream and report to management. Keep track of metrics and feedback of metrics to production floor that supports improvements. Analyze overhead expenses and update ERP system to reflect changes. Assist with documentation compliance with shipping internationally. (Tariff code maintenance, plus other regulations to clear customs.) Inventory maintenance in ERP system. Cycle counting and costing program created and implemented.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.) May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening. Associates degree in accounting or related with minimum of 2 years accounting work experience. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and proper internal controls. Proficiency with ERP systems required. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management skills. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Highly motivated, self-starting team player. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Physical requirements / Work conditions include the ability to sit or stand for 8 hours at a time. Lift 25 lbs. Office and shop work environment 50/50.
