The Information Technology Technician Level I deals with computer and networking problems by communicating with users and resolving their issues. They will install hardware, software, and peripherals; run diagnostic software; accommodate user requests for computer hardware and software; and other basic help desk functions for local network. This position will also liaison between external IT team and users as well as support management on external network. Will assist others in IT Department on projects, as needed.
