Lease Administrator prepares leases/subleases and other related documents. Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database. Being a Lease Administrator maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Additionally, Lease Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lease Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities of the Administrator- Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have New York Administrator License
- Must have extensive experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Must have prior experience in long term care
- Proven Leadership & Management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skill
