Qualifications :

• Minimum23 years old
• At least 2 yearsClass A OTR driving experience in the last 3years!
• Max 3 moving violationsin the last three years (no majorviolations)
• Max 2 incidents in the last threeyears (nonDOT Reportable Preventable)
• No morethan six jobs in the last three years
• Nofelonies in the last ten years (misdemeanors reviewed case bycase)
• No DUIs in a personal vehicle in the last10 years; only 1 in a lifetime
• No DUI in acommercial vehicle or failed / refused DOT drug / alcohol testever
• Accepting drivers with autorestrictions
