Lease Administrator prepares leases/subleases and other related documents. Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database. Being a Lease Administrator maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Additionally, Lease Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lease Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. 88% of every load plus fuel surcharge
$5300 Average Weekly Gross Revenue. Pay ranges $2000 to $3000 weekly after average expenses.
Minimal expenses : $550 / wk total trailer rental and cargo / liability insurance
Truck payment $400-$600

- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 3 days of home time for every 21 days worked
- No guaranteed weekends home
- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
