Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Lease Administrator at Berik Management. As a Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties, including managing budgets, broker communication for new leasing, new lease generation, abstracting, entries, lease renewals, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. This role is primarily located in Manhattan, NY, with flexibility for some remote work over time.
The base salary for this position if filled within New York City is $50,000 to $65,000 based on skills and experience.
