Large company located in Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a LEASE ANALYST to assist with Operating Expense Reconciliations. Prior experience with LEASE ADMINISTRATION is REQUIRED!
The Lease Analyst role can be REMOTE if you meet the qualifications. Please review the requirements listed below.
The hours for the Lease Analyst are expected to be 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
This role is a contract assignment lasting approximately 2-4 months. The duration of this assignment is an estimated amount of time and may be extended past 4 months.
The Lease Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
- Abstract and interpret commercial lease agreements
- Complete Operating Expense "OpEx" Reconciliations
- Complete Common Area Maintenance "CAM" Reconciliations
- Interact with leaseholders and landlords regarding lease agreements
- Research and resolve any discrepancies between the lease agreements and payments, answer any inquires on these discrepancies
- Complete financial analysis tasks associated with leases
- Reconcile lease accounts
