Lease Administrator prepares leases/subleases and other related documents. Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database. Being a Lease Administrator maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Additionally, Lease Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lease Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The hours for the Lease Analyst are expected to be 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
This role is a contract assignment lasting approximately 2-4 months. The duration of this assignment is an estimated amount of time and may be extended past 4 months.
The Lease Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
- Abstract and interpret commercial lease agreements
- Complete Operating Expense "OpEx" Reconciliations
- Complete Common Area Maintenance "CAM" Reconciliations
- Interact with leaseholders and landlords regarding lease agreements
- Research and resolve any discrepancies between the lease agreements and payments, answer any inquires on these discrepancies
- Complete financial analysis tasks associated with leases
- Reconcile lease accounts
