Being a Lease Administrator maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Additionally, Lease Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lease Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Custom Truck Leasing is looking to hire a Shop Assistant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Run Automated wheel polishing machine
* Cleaning of the shop
* Running parts
* Tool room upkeep
* General shop maintenance
* Changing of the garbages in the shop
* Operating the Forklift
* Core returns
* Scrap metal
Compensation:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Benefits available the 1st of the month following date of hire. Full Benefit Package.
