• Direct Immediate contact with all Customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s), both in the field and on the phone
• First up to help set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
• Monitor and recommend payment frequency and renewal date changes to the General Manager based on the Customers payment history
• Document all Customer appointments and maintain updated Customer information in the store computer system
• Monitor the accuracy of Customer classifications according to Customer payment history and habits
• Recommend the use of components from the Account Tool Belt to the General Manager for endorsement
• Supervise, develop and schedule the activities of the Customer Account Advisers
• Responsible for closing lease agreements per policy as second up to the GM
• Update renewals goal board daily
• Facilitate returns authorized by the GM
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Complete and maintain truck maintenance sheet weekly and route sheets daily
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,815.00 - $37,050.00 per year
