Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from initial contact with prospective tenants to lease signing and move-in.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential residents.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Screen applicants by reviewing rental applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income and employment information.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and handling security deposit refunds.
- Address resident concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that units are ready for move-in and address any necessary repairs or maintenance requests.
Requirements:

-Must be able to use a computer and input data into our software.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
