First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Loan Administration/Document Preparation Manager in our Operations Center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the preparation of loan documents for all types of loans
• Responsible for the booking of loans onto Silverlake
• Interpret various documents/agreements as they relate to loans
• Responsible for a variety of activities to provide quality service to other Bank employees
• Responsible for a variety of reports and audit functions
• Train new Lending Assistants
• Assist in the processing of consumer real estate loans, including the preparation of disclosures in Encompass, as well as working with attorneys and title companies
• Compile, review and submit CRA data
• Responsible for servicing loans with escrows and preparing annual escrow analysis statements.
• SBA Reporting
• Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and comply with and all bank policies and procedures

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum 5 years loan documentation preparation experience
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with handling frequent interruptions
