We are looking for a competent Leasing Consultant/ Administrative Professional to undertake leasing and clerical activities in order to assist the Property Manager. Candidate must have a basic knowledge of computers. Leasing Experience a plus but will train the right person.
Must be good with people and have excellent customer service skills.

Leasing Responsibilities
Review & Respond to all leads that are received via emails, voicemail, and the website.
Schedule showings, process incoming applications, follow up after showings.
Assist prospective residents with completion of online application
Evaluate application and all documents in order to make an informed decision of application
Complete & process all steps in regard to leasing
Work to meet and exceed occupancy goals, using proven strategies from within our company
Utilize social media and other platforms to connect with prospective residents, respond to leads, answer questions, and attract future residents to our property
You will also perform various leasing and property tasks including, but not limited to:
