Job Summary:

The Move-In Specialist focuses on receiving approved applicants and moving them into their new homes promptly. You will be the prospect’s sole point of contact from the time they are approved until they move in. You will focus on touring apartments with the prospect until they find their perfect home, at which point you will organize their lease signing.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Must pass background examinations
• Preferred 2 years experience in property management
• Preferred 2 years experience in leasing

Responsibilities:

• Tour apartments with prospects until they find their perfect home.
• Communicate with prospects for any renovation timelines, move-in progress, and any documentation we need.
• Generate lease documents for prospects to sign, whether online or in person.
• Tour the apartment before the prospect moves in to ensure satisfaction.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn new computer systems in a timely manner.
• Ability to read and understand reports.
• Familiar with property management tasks.

Compensation:

• $16 - $19 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
• $25 per move in completed, paid monthly.
