Warmly greet residents and prospective residents, providing superior customer service
Qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present our community
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them accordingly
Ensure show quality office, models, and amenities each day
Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed
Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competition
Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions
Accept service requests from residents and route them to the service department for prompt processing
Enter all traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer
