We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal apartment home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Duties:
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and highlight the features and amenities of our community
- Assist prospective residents with completing leasing applications and necessary paperwork
- Utilize OneSite software to manage resident files, contracts, and lease agreements
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective residents
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns
- Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the resident experience
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and ensuring proper documentation
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
- Assist with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and resident documentation
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in file management and organization
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities
- Knowledge of OneSite software or similar property management systems is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
