As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community.
A few of your main duties:
Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High School education
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leasing or other sales positions. One year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience
