We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. Experience preferred but willing to train the right entry level person.
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our property, assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. From conducting property tours to answering inquiries and facilitating lease agreements, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive living experience for our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet all prospective residents and other visitors to the leasing office and maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office and all areas where prospective and current residents may be
· Answers incoming phone calls and emails and handle each according to company guidelines
· Conduct and record follow up with prospective residents according to company guidelines
· Professionally presents the property and available apartments to prospective residents while communicating the property’s features and benefits
· Assist prospective residents with the completion of rental applications
· Maintain an awareness of local market conditions and trends; contribute ideas to Leasing Manager for marketing property and for improving resident retention
· Assist with the planning of resident functions; Attend resident functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Leasing Manager
· Attend marketing meeting as scheduled by Leasing Manager
· Ensure apartments are ready to move-in on agreed date
· Complete inspection paperwork for new move-ins
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Proven excellent customer service skills
· Excellent leasing and closing skills
· Solid communication skills, both, written and verbal
· Ability to operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook, company software
