Albany Management has an immediate opening for a Part-time Weekend Rental Leasing Consultant at two of our premier Capital Region Apartment Home Communities in Albany and Guilderland.

Candidate must be energetic, enjoy working with the public, have exceptional phone skills, be team oriented and customer focused. This is a professional work environment in a continuously growing organization.

The primary responsibility is renting apartment homes. Other administrative responsibilities include: resident service, preparing leases, and other routine office duties. The hours are 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday with the possibility of additional hours during the week. Although this is primarily a weekend position, if time off is needed, coverage for your shift can be accommodated with advance notice.

Sales or customer service experience and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.

Competitive salary plus incentive.
