Your primary focus will be to lease available units, assist in the application process, provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Elevate the Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and personalized leasing experiences during tours and all aspects of the leasing process to prospective residents.
• Elevate Your Earnings: Earn competitive commissions for every successful lease, with unlimited earning potential.
• Elevate Your Skills: Continuously expand your knowledge of our properties, market trends, and leasing strategies to excel in your role while maintaining and organizing tenant files.

Who You Are:

• Elevated Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and customer focused.
• Elevated Experience: Previous leasing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Elevated Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Elevated Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma required. 
• Prior experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
