    Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications which includes Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access to be considered.

    Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task are required to succeed in this role. 1-2 years of experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service would be helpful in this position as well.

    Job Duties Include:
    • Review prospective residents’ applications to verify their qualifications.
    • Handle telephone inquiries, internet leads and walk-in traffic and manage.
    • Maintain and increase occupancy by selling and leasing homes.
    • Perform administrative functions required to lease property (processing rental application, data entry, general correspondence, waitlist maintenance and resident files).
    This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm with pay is $18/HR.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license & insurance
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access
    • Related work experience
    • Background will be viewed.
    • Drugfree environment
