    The Position :

    We are seeking a people-focused

    Leasing Consultant

    for our brand new, 55 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Nampa. Through relationship selling, theLeasing Consultantwill help ensure the highest level of occupancy in the community.

    You will be responsible for building a strong rapport with our prospective and current residents.

    Practice professional and relational leasing techniques by connecting with prospective residents through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and appointments.

    Listen with intent while gathering information from prospective residents to design an individualized experience for each tour that will best fit their needs.

    Provide meaningful and targeted follow-ups to potential residents.Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.

    Show available apartments with prospective residents and conduct move-in orientations with new residents.Support community by participating in resident-led events and activities;

    keep accurate records of resident / property activities.Complete and maintain all documents required for resident and property files, including background / credit checks, liability insurance, etc.

    Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to understand current marketing and sales programs while also keeping an active gauge on local competition and market conditions.

    Observe the condition of the grounds, buildings and model apartment homes on a regular basis and report any irregularities or maintenance needs to the Community Director.

    Comply with all company policies and procedures.Comply with all Fair Housing laws.
