Homeland Inc. is seeking to hire an Apartment Leasing Manager for an apartment complex located in Morehead, KY. 40 Hour Work Week/ No Nights/ No Weekends!

Apartment Leasing Managers manage all tenant-related issues including maintenance requests, complaints, tenant retention, and completion of extensive and time-sensitive paperwork. Responding to and following up calls or emails with prospective tenants, and taking prospects on tours; marketing vacant units through a social media business page on Facebook. Oversee all maintenance operations including maintenance requests, cleaning and make-ready unit process, tenant follow-up, and unit inspections. Recording all tenant payments (accounts receivable), submitting deposits, submitting invoices (accounts payable), and maintaining tenant folders with other office duties as required per the regional manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of a full range of administrative processes, sales, and customer service. The position requires proficiency with computers using Microsoft Office and other programs. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
