    • Proven sales skills, proficient with computer skills and administrative skills
    • Knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skill
    • Knowledge of RealPage, OneSite and MS Office is required
    • Well versed in social media internet marketing
    • High School diploma or equivalent, a valid drivers' license, English language proficiency (read, speak, write), and the ability to pass a full background check and drug screening
