As a Leasing Consultant, you are there for each potential resident through the entire apartment rental process- greeting and touring market-ready apartments, answering their questions, efficiently processing their application and fees, and supporting them through their move-in date to create a hassle-free transition into their new residence.

Our leasing team works with on-site and regional management to achieve the property’s weekly leasing goals while providing exceptional service and support to our current and future residents.

You know how to handle prospective residents with a positive approach while building rapport and trust with each individual as they select their next apartment home with us. These same skills will apply to obtain a renewal with our valued residents.

The Details…

You will work full-time with at least one weekend day and one weekday off. Commissions range from $25.00 to $100.00 per each new move-in, based on property performance, and are paid monthly in arrears at the discretion of the Company.

New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for 6 holidays each year**.

*The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. **To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and have worked the last scheduled day before and the first scheduled day after the holiday.
