We are looking for an extremely well organized individual who enjoys working with people to process move in files for three Section 8 / Tax Credit properties that are all located in the same general area of Charleston, WV. You will work closely with the Property Managers to increase and then maintain occupancy at these 3 properties. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated as you will be working primarily on your own. In addition, you need good communication skills, be detail oriented, have good computer skills (including Word and Excel), and have legible handwriting. There will be specific goals to be met. This is a job that involves a lot of paperwork and the need to check your own work for accuracy.
