Additionally, Leasing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Leasing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.     Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on high-end residential communities.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
    • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and property management best practices.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
