SUMMARY
This position is responsible for interviewing and processing applicants for all new and current Low Income Housing Tax Credit lease-ups within the Leasing and Marketing department. In this role, the Leasing Associate will screen and processing applicants for affordable housing units. They will conduct various job-related duties in compliance with LIHTC guidelines, other housing contracts and equal housing opportunity laws.
