Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and customer service, with excellent administrative and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software for tenant interactions
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Collaborate with property management on maintenance requests
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for property upkeep

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an office or real estate administrative role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficient in negotiation techniques
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of property management processes
- Sales experience is a plus
